Record Solid Audio

Review the “Clearing Things Up” Video notes
Remember most audio problems are easy to fix during recording and nearly impossible to repair during editing

Plan Your Shoot Carefully

Use your outline to think through what video clips and photos you might need
Plan locations that help to reinforce your message

Don't Worry About How You Look On Camera

Your message is more important than how you look
Focus on being natural and sincere

Find a Helper

Look for someone who can watch and listen for recording problems
Talk to them instead of the camera for a more natural/conversational feel

Review Your Work

Before you leave a location, or take apart your lights, always review what you've recorded and check for recording problems
If you're recording to tape, DON'T FORGET TO RETURN TO THE END OF THE TAPE AFTER YOUR REVIEW!
